This machine is made up of feeding part,discharging part, rotary part, driving parts (decelerator, small driving gear,generator, electrical control) and so on. Besides, the hollow shaft adopts thecasting steel and the lining can be replaced, the big rotating gear processesin the way of casting rolling gear. Moreover, inside the barrel is thewear-resisting scaleboard, it has high wear resistance.
The material spirally and evenly entersinto the first warehouse of the ball mill along the input material hollow axisby input material device. In this warehouse, there is a ladder scale board orripple scale board, and different specification steel balls are installed onthe scale board. When the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugalforce, at this time, the steel ball is carried to some height and falls togrind and strike the materials. After being grinded coarsely in the firstwarehouse, the materials then enter into the second warehouse for regrindingwith the steel ball and scale board. In the end, the power is discharged byoutput material board and the end products are competed.
